For shops and aquarium services

Turn an aquarium sale into care that continues.

With Aquarisma Enterprise you look after your customers’ aquariums in one place. You see important water values, talk to customers in the same system, and plan visits without hunting for the file.

Enterprise is an add-on to Business. It does not replace the Business plan.

The working day

The questions start after the tank is already in the room.

A customer buys an aquarium. Later a value looks wrong, a fish behaves oddly, or the filter is due. The call, the note, and the memory used to live in different places.

The case is not at hand

Which tank, which last readings, which visit: you assemble that while the customer is waiting.

Every message starts over

Without a shared thread the context is missing. Photos and readings sit somewhere else than the reply.

Service stays in someone’s head

On-site work and advice are hard to follow when the checklist and the report are not attached to the aquarium.

What the shop does with it

Care has a fixed place.

Every customer in view

Active care relationships and aquariums sit in one overview. You open the case instead of searching for a file.

Remote care

You work on readings, feeding, and maintenance from the portal, within the rights the customer granted. The aquarium stays theirs.

Alerts with a sense of proportion

Critical readings come first. A single missed feeding does not become an alarm.

Messages on the aquarium

Chat belongs to the customer and the tank. Photos and files stay in Aquarisma, without a required extra messenger.

Signup in the shop

You create the customer and can prepare the new aquarium before the invitation is accepted.

Card, code, and QR

The invitation goes by email, as a code, or as an A5 card with a QR code. At the counter it is the same entry.

Templates

Up to 40 of your own care templates, plus ten from Aquarisma. A new tank starts with target ranges and intervals.

Visits

On site or as advice. The appointment sits in the existing calendar, with a checklist and a report of text and photos.

The shop’s figures

Customers, aquariums, and your own Enterprise cost. Your service prices are an estimate and do not create an invoice for the end customer.

Your mark, visible

Name, logo, and color appear on the invitation card and the service report. Aquarisma stays the platform. This is not a full white-label product.

How it starts

Five steps, then care is running.

  1. 01

    Activate Enterprise

The shop has Business and signs Enterprise digitally. Company details and a signature are part of that.

  2. 02

    Take the customer on

You create the customer and can set up the aquarium before they agree.

  3. 03

    Invite them

Email, card, or QR. The customer creates an account or signs in.

  4. 04

    They confirm

After they agree, the prepared aquarium is in their account. Remote care begins.

  5. 05

    Keep caring

Readings, messages, visits, and reports stay on that aquarium.

For the shop’s customers

They keep the account and the aquarium.

The shop receives the care rights that belong to the invitation. It does not take over the account.

  • An aquarium that can already be prepared
  • A journal, water values, and a care plan
  • Messages to the shop that looks after them
  • Service reports and appointments
  • Hobby features while care is active

Commercially

Less searching, clearer visits, a relationship after the sale.

  • Questions belong to the right aquarium.
  • Templates make the next setup shorter.
  • Visits have a checklist and a report.
  • You can charge your own prices for care and visits.

Aquarisma does not decide what you charge your customers. A monthly fee or a price per visit stays yours. Aquarisma does not invoice the end customer for it.

Before you start

What shops ask first.

What is Aquarisma Enterprise?

The part of the product a shop uses to care for customer aquariums: overview, remote care, messages, alerts, service, and the contract.

Who is it for?

Shops, aquarium services, and keepers who regularly look after other people’s tanks. It is not meant for a single private tank.

Do I need Business?

Yes, for a normal signup. Business stays the plan for your own operation and keeps being billed. Enterprise is added.

What does Enterprise cost?

39,99 € per month on top of Business (49,99 €). At 25 aquariums that is 89,98 € per month together.

How many aquariums are included?

25 remotely managed aquariums at the same time. The shop’s own tanks follow the Business allowance.

What does another aquarium cost?

3,50 € per month, pro-rated when it is active for only part of the month.

Can my customers use Aquarisma for free?

They keep their own account. While you care for the aquarium, the sponsored Hobby features apply to that tank. A higher plan the customer already pays for stays theirs.

Can I set aquariums up beforehand?

Yes. The tank is prepared and becomes a remote aquarium only after they agree. It is not billed as an extra tank before that.

Can I invite someone in the shop?

Yes. Email, invitation code, A5 card, or a QR code at the counter all use the same entry.

Can staff help with care?

Yes, if you give them the Enterprise permissions in the team. Another team of the same person does not become Enterprise.

Do customers keep their aquariums?

Yes. The account and the aquarium stay with them. You have the care rights of the active link.

Can I charge for the care myself?

Yes. Your prices toward the customer are yours. Aquarisma does not set them and does not invoice the customer for them.

What happens if I cancel?

Enterprise stays active until the contract actually ends. A scheduled cancellation does not remove it early. After that, the plan that is then really stored for the team becomes active again.

What happens to customer data?

The aquariums stay with the customers. Open visits are cancelled when care ends. Finished reports remain. Sponsored Hobby features keep the existing 72-hour grace when the shop ends the care.

Can a customer end the care?

Yes. They can end the link. Old care relationships are not restored on their own when you sign Enterprise again.

If Business is already active, you go straight to signup. If Enterprise is already active, you go to the dashboard and not into a second contract.
